We do not offer any printing services for the items in the shop. We only sell printable PDF and JPEG files for you to print yourself. You can put the file on a pen drive and take it to a local print shop and have it printed there.

The editable files we sell are very easy to edit via www.corjl.com. These are self editable templates.

Nonetheless, if you do get stuck with any of the following:

• Font
• Colours
• Size of artwork

or anything else, just drop in a message to us via the chat box and we can help you out. The turnaround time is 24 - 48 hours. Additional fees may apply.

Due to the nature of the product being digital, we do NOT accept any cancellations, refunds or swapping of designs once purchased. Should there be any issue with your artwork, you can reach out to us and we will be happy to help :)

Incase there is a stationery item you require, which is currently not listed on our shop, you can reach out to us and we will design it for you as per your requirement to match the overall design. Additional fees may apply.

Yes absolutely! We encourage you to try the DEMO link before purchasing - simply visit the listing of your choice and you will find the 'Demo Link' in the description on the right-hand side of your screen. Feel free to play around with the artwork as much as you like with the help of this Demo Link. It will allow you to see what your final design will look like after placing your text or photo.

Whether you are printing at home or at a professional printing shop, we recommend you do a TEST print of the item you plan to print, before you print in bulk. This will ensure that there are no errors in your final print.
